To Add a new article or post to your website, follow these instructions.

• Login to your website using the login link or page.
• Click "create a new article" or "Create a new page" in your user menu. 

• Insert a title and text using the editor. Click here for editor instructions
• Set the publishing options for where the page is to be displayed in your website. You can also set if you wish to show the new article on the front page and define a start and finish date if you wish. Leave black if you do not wish to use these options. If you assign the article to the wrong catagory then simply navigate to the article and change the publishing settings to the correct one.

• Finally click "save" to post your new article on your website
